These Terms & Services govern your use of Aesthetic Brando's website and services. By engaging Aesthetic Brando for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting a form, signing a proposal, or otherwise engaging our services, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your clinic or business.

2. Services Provided

Aesthetic Brando provides digital marketing and growth services for aesthetic and wellness clinics, including but not limited to website development, SEO, paid advertising management, AI chatbot deployment, social media management, CRM automation, and reputation management. Specific deliverables are outlined in your individual service agreement or package selection.

3. Payment Terms

• Monthly packages are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis
• One-time services (e.g. website builds) require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion
• Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is billed separately and directly by the respective ad platforms
• Late payments may result in pause of services until payment is received

4. Cancellation

All monthly packages are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time with 14 days' written notice. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for more details.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver effective results, we require timely cooperation from your team, including providing access to relevant accounts (website, Google Business Profile, social media), approving creative and strategy documents promptly, and supplying accurate business information.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your clinic (e.g. website code, ad creative). Aesthetic Brando retains rights to its proprietary processes, tools, templates, and the Chatdek AI platform, which remain our intellectual property regardless of engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we work diligently to deliver strong results, Aesthetic Brando does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. exact booking numbers or rankings), as these depend on factors outside our control. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service in the preceding 3 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Aesthetic Brando operates. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
