Refund Policy

We want you to be confident working with us. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.

Month-to-month billing

Because our retainers are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in, you can cancel future billing at any time with reasonable notice as set out in your agreement.

Monthly retainers

• Retainer fees cover work performed during the billing month and are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
• If you cancel, we complete the current billing period and do not bill you further.

One-time projects

For one-time projects such as website builds, refund terms are set out in your project agreement and typically depend on the stage of work completed.

Advertising spend

Advertising budgets are paid directly to platforms such as Google and Meta and are not controlled or refunded by Aesthetic Brando.
