Refund Policy

We want every clinic we work with to feel confident in their investment. This policy outlines exactly how refunds work across our services.

1. Monthly Packages (Starter, Growth, Premium)

All monthly packages are billed in advance and are non-refundable once work has begun for that billing cycle. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access to services through the end of the current billing period, but no partial refund will be issued for unused days.

Because there are no long-term contracts, you're free to cancel anytime for future billing cycles — you simply won't be refunded for the cycle already in progress.

2. One-Time Services (Website Builds, etc.)

For one-time projects like website development:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once design or development work has started
  • If you cancel before any work has begun, your deposit will be refunded in full minus any payment processing fees
  • No refunds are issued after a project has been delivered and approved by the client

3. Advertising Spend (Google Ads / Meta Ads)

Ad spend is billed directly by Google and Meta, not by Aesthetic Brando, and is non-refundable through us under any circumstance. Our management fee for running these campaigns is separate from ad spend and follows the same refund terms as monthly packages.

4. Setup Fees

Some services (such as AI chatbot integration) may carry a one-time setup fee. Setup fees are non-refundable once configuration work has begun, as this reflects time and resources already invested.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're entitled to a refund under this policy, email hello@aestheticbrando.com with your account details and reason for the request. We review all requests within 5 business days.
